Translation / Proofreading services

The cost of a translation may vary according to your specifications: subject matter, the number of source words, the technical complexity, the layout requirements and the deadlines.
Rates can vary between 0.08 to 0.12 GBP per word / 25 GBP per hour as a guideline. It will depend on the type of document.
All rates are quoted exclusive of V.A.T.

Quotes are usually based on source words, per word. The source text is the text that you want translated. The target text is the translation of that document.
Payments can be made by cheques (in GBP), transfers (inc. international), or via Paypal, in GBP, EUR or USD. Fees payable for the translation services are exclusive of charges incurred.
Translations services include self-proofreading.

Teaching / Tutoring services

Individual tuitions are usually charged from 25 to 30 GBP per hour, depending on your requirements (basic French, AS-A2) and exclusive of travel expenses.
Group tuitions: please contact us for availability and a quote (generally 8 GBP per hour per person).
Primary KS2 French: please contact us for availability and a quote.
Secondary schools (year 7 to year 13): please contact us for availability and a quote.
Phone tuitions / Skype: 25 GBP for 60mn, 15 GBP for 30mn , 9 GBP for 15mn.

We offer these teaching services in the Leicester area (Leicestershire, Northamptonshire) or over the phone / Skype.
